Shipping Info:

All orders, wholesale and retail, have a 5-8 business day processing window before shipping. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted, this service typically takes about 3-5 days but USPS will say to allow up to 14 days for shipping time in the event the service is busy. It is just me packing and shipping and I do my best to get orders out ASAP, sometimes even before that 5-8 BD window, but during busy seasons orders often ship on that 8th business day (which can be up to 10 days from when the order is placed). Please plan for this when ordering, if you need an order by a certain date, please message me beforehand so we can coordinate. Once orders go through USPS, or other service, the shipping time is out of my hands. I do not ship on the weekends as our rural post office isn’t open then.

If packages arrive damaged or become lost and don’t arrive, please notify me ASAP. For damages, photos must be taken immediately upon inspection and sent to amyshawleypaquette@gmail.com Lost and damaged packages can either be refunded or resent.
